Bernard Columba 

CEO
With a Degree in Human Resource Management & Training, Bernard has been involved in the luxury hospitality industry for over 20 years. He has a strong background in compensation, employee benefits programs, employee relations, change management, and legal compliance. He is proficient in aligning human resource functions and business strategies, with diverse experience in equal employment opportunities and affirmative action plans. Bernard is also an accredited trainer with PEAKS & Team Management Systems. In addition to his work in Singapore, he has been a consultant for multinational companies based in Afghanistan, Oman, the United States, and various parts of Asia. His special talent is in leadership coaching & talent development.

Patrick Ho 

Co-Founder
With a Masters in Organisational Psychology, Patrick has more than 12 years in corporate training and consultancy. His areas of training specialty is in Leadership and Service. As a Certified John Maxwell Leadership trainer, Patrick has delivered leadership training to a diverse pool of clientele, including government agencies. In the area of service training, Patrick was privileged to be selected as one of the Disney trainers for a project for 2 years in Singapore.

Vanessa Chan 

Content Development Specialist
Vanessa is an experienced content creator with an eye for producing compelling visuals and writing engaging copy for marketing and social media. She has spearheaded the creative direction for a variety of brands and companies, from prominent skincare brands like Hada Labo & Sunplay to malls & hospitality establishments such as Capitol Singapore, Junction8, South Beach Avenue and The American Club. Vanessa’s keen aesthetic sense and instinct for creating attractive marketing material has helped generate brand awareness and build customer loyalty across social media platforms.

Peter Vricella 

Quality Assurance Specialist
Peter started his hospitality career over 15 years ago in Las Vegas, Nevada. Over the years, he has served in various leadership roles in hotel operations for MGM Resorts, Starwood and Accor, with a focus on Rooms Operations and Guest Experience. In addition to his Hotel Operations roles, Peter spent two years as a Quality Assurance consultant, assisting clients at over 180 properties in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. In his property roles, Peter has been a part of multiple Condé Nast top 100 hotels and resorts, pre-opening teams, and has held permanent positions at properties in the United States, China, Vietnam and the Maldives.

Andre Kretschmann 

Director of Operations
Originally from Germany, Andre has spent his entire life in the luxury hospitality industry. He is an expert in hotel openings in remote, sought-after vacation locations for luxury travellers. Over the last two decades, Andre has worked with some of the leading architects in Asia and Europe to develop private villa concepts and residential developments. His work has taken him to the Middle East, the Indian Sub-continent and South East Asia. Andre has held senior positions with iconic hotel brands, including Mandarin Oriental, Shangri-La, GHM, and LVMH/Maison Cheval Blanc.

Ayman Farouk Lotfy 

Health, Safety, Quality & Environment Specialist
Ayman is a dedicated and resourceful professional with 32 years of experience in QHSE domain. As a key member of project development, it is his responsibility to ensure a continued process of improvement in the standards of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment in any project. He will maintain and regularly review all related documentation in line with legal requirements. He will also issue updates and ensure documentation is easily available to all personnel, as well as provide training as and when required.

Adrian Kow 

Financial Advisor
Adrian has over 30 years of work experience in senior management positions with responsibilities in financial planning, strategic & corporate finance (M&A), risk management, business development, and investment management. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a qualified accountant with professional memberships in Australia and Singapore. He excels at processing the financial activities of an organization to maximize its profits, and plan for its growth using analytical data. He also advises top executives on ways to use reliable financial information to make strategic decisions about the organization’s future.
